Decide: readymade or custom
Browse the readymade collection first. If a piece fits and you love it, you can take it home the same day. If you want something different, we start a custom order.
Choose your design
Pick a style from our catalogue, show us a photo, or describe your idea. Together we agree the neckline, sleeve shape, length, and where embroidery or stones go.
Choose your fabric
Touch and compare fabrics in the shop. We help you match the fabric weight to the occasion and the season. You can also bring your own fabric. Our fabric guide explains the options.
Choose your stones and embroidery
Select the stone type, colour and size, and how much of the garment they cover – a light neckline only, or full panels. You see the price before we start. Our stone work guide shows what each option looks like.
Measurements, making, fitting and delivery
We take your full measurements, or you send them using our measurement guide. Our workshop cuts, stitches and finishes the piece. You try it on and we adjust anything needed. Then collect it from the shop, or we deliver to your door anywhere in the UAE.
