Where the jalabiya fits in Gulf dress
The jalabiya sits between everyday wear and formal occasion wear. A light cotton jalabiya is comfortable at home in UAE heat. An embroidered hareer or stone-worked jalabiya is formal enough for Eid, henna nights and weddings.
The cut stays simple. The fabric and the embellishment decide how dressy it looks.
Readymade jalabiya
Our readymade jalabiyas are finished pieces you can see, try on and take home the same day.
- Best for: last-minute occasions, gifts, and anyone who wants to see the finished design before buying.
- Sizes: standard sizes. Ask in store about shortening the length or adjusting sleeves.
- Price: fixed and shown on each piece.
Custom-made jalabiya
A custom jalabiya is built around you. You choose three things:
- Design – from our catalogue, a reference photo, or your own idea.
- Fabric – from the fabrics in our shop, or bring your own.
- Stones and embroidery – the type, the colour and how much of the dress they cover.
We take your full measurements, make the piece in our Sharjah workshop and fit it on you before handover. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 working days. A 48-hour rush service is available for urgent occasions.
